The Genos and the Artifact series from Rippletech are completely customizable. You can upgrade the Genos series with a max of 64 GB RAM, 2TB nvme+1TB hard disk drive, and the changeable Ryzen 5/6/7 processor. Similarly, the Artifact can be configured with a max of 32 GB RAM,1TBvmne+1TBHDD storage, and a soldered i5 processor. On the other hand, the Artifact Pro can incorporate 64 GB of RAM, 2TB NVME+1TB HDD storage, and a Ryzen 7 soldered CPU

You get a warranty that covers the damages (not accidental damages) on the hardware components. Besides, Rippletech provides you a lifetime technical assistance via telephone and email medium. However, the lifetime technical support does not cover the “Third Party” software and peripherals. You also get a one-to-one exchange service in case of failure of the product.

Besides Artifact which supports 1TBnvme + 1 TB HDD, the other currently available options can be configured up to 2TBnvme + 1 TB HDD. Also, the Genos series can be additionally configured by 1tbHH.

Rippletech offers you a 2-years warranty on all of the hardware components of its devices. The warranty starts from the date of the original retail purchase. Besides, the warranty can further be extended for a year. However, if the purchase date exceeds the time frame of 3-months then the company will thoroughly inspect the device before ratifying the extension. The warranty covers only the hardware products manufactured by or for the “RIPPLE TECH INDUSTRIES” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The warranty does not apply to any software, third parties hardware; damages due to accident, wear and tear, misuse, and maintenance services other than RIPPLE TECH.
